“You could already see them during the test drives on the water on the Riedsee: Some people have probably already wondered what kind of vehicle it is that has a shape like a box car and in which someone can sit comfortably.
Bad Dürrheim. It was the summer of 2017 on a beach in Croatia when Ivica Mataija was out on the water with a pool chair and was swept away by the current. He had no choice but to jump into the water and swim the pool chair towards the beach himself. That's when he had the idea, "it would be cool if you had something like that with a motor."

After returning from vacation, he started tinkering at his company Imtech. It is based in the Auf Stocken industrial park in Bad Dürrheim. He actually produces precision parts for various industries there, and the water gadgets sector was actually quite new." […]
